Purposely set up for you to fail. I had my docs sent back twice, once for missing dates & the 2nd for missing a form. You couldn't have said that the 1st time you sent it back. E-correspondence isn't very helpful either. Mediator was rude & talks down to you for not knowing the proper procedures. Told me if I need help hire lawyer. If I could afford a lawyer I would have hired one.

Worst attitude ever from employees and the judges eat every lie.

The whole building complex is a mess! Worst courthouse ever! You must pay for a parking spot and there’s no accessible free visitor parking spots. The only free way to get in here is either get dropped off or walk to this isolated building. The pay rate for parking it’s overpriced and only lasts two hours! There is very little parking that is visitor available. There is also very poorly designed streets with frequent one way only and u turns. Everything is online now a days which is completely impersonal and unhuman but if at all possible avoid this location to save your time and energy!

I've had nothing but awesome and great experiences within this building. Professional and courteous help!

The average divorce in California takes about 15 months to resolve. However, in California, the soonest your divorce can be resolved is 6 months from the time the papers are filed because the state requires a six-month waiting period before finalizing a divorce
Form FL-314-INFO fill this for out and then take it over to family court make two copies too
My understanding is that there is no probate self-help here. You can frequently find assistance at the Sacramento Law Library. Good luck.
If you don't want to spend a lot of money on an Attorney, use a Legal Document Assistant. They are far more reasonable. THE Absolute best one for divorce in the entire State is Dan Casey, Divorce Centers of California. (408) 295-6955. He does them anywhere in the state, and has been doing this for over 30 yearsI. Tell him Bill from Rocklin referred you.
You're asking specific legal advice. Seek attorney guidance as this is not the appropriate venue for this question.
You can order probate records online via the Sacramento Superior Court website: https://www.saccourt.ca.gov/probate/records.aspx
This is definitely not the place to look for those answers. This is a freeform for anyone with a education to someone who has severe mental issues. You need paid legal representation. I hope for the best in your situation. Good luck
You might want to check with the courthouse on 301 Bicentennial. They're the court that handles evictions.

Asking which form you need is requesting legal advice. A non-attorney cannot lawfully provide you the name of thr form. Try the Sacramento Law Library or seek legal guidance from an attorney.
Your ticket should have the citation like reckless driving, but this isn't a Sacramento probate court question
Yes. The Sacramento Superior Court has a case search: https://www.saccourt.ca.gov/probate/records.aspx
I believe so. To my understanding any family member can petition and file with the court to be a conservator and or guardian of an elderly family member if they need help financial to protect them or if there are health or safety concerns. You will have to go in person check in ask for probate request a packet serve all family members pay fees go before Judge to decide yes or no and hope no family members object.
Wrong court -- this is the Sacramento Probate Court handling Family & Probate matters.
