There is an actual kayak ramp that's pretty sweet.. And I do not believe you have to pay if you don't have a trailer..
Overnight parking is prohibited at Stumpy Creek Park. Our gates are locked at sundown. Any vehicles inside the park would be locked in. Thank you for asking, Cleve.
There are benches 50 yards away from the launch that people sit ay and I see fishing from. As long as you're not standing right at the boat launch you should be fine.
