Would give a 5 star but was upset that the tech were standing around talking and joking instead of working on vehicles. It took another tech that had done 5 vehicles to me waiting on one to say something. Waited over two hours and I was there at 830am. Didn't leave til after 1130am . Sad part is I made an appt and was still there longer then other people.

I’ve never experience such poor customer service. I guess I can say I’ve now. My recommendation is to keep driving don’t stop in. I’ve dealt with many and now supposedly dealing with the director of used car sales. I’ll say that we should’ve left when entering the building it sounded like we’re entering a nightclub. Music was blasting with a sale associate running around the waiting room like it was a race track. When I made a comment I was told it’s great for morale. It’s not great for business because I had to request an office with a door so we could hear. Even then the music was so loud you could hear it clearly. Just keep driving I regret I didn’t. Well I supposedly called the manager and was once again reminded that I purchased a five thousand dollar van which is true. I was also reminded how good they think there customer service has been. He told me we even delivered it which is true also but all car dealership do the same so I wouldn’t call that great customer service. I would call that being a Competitor. I was told if they fixed all the problems with the van it would make a 2005 ford Freestar a ten thousand dollar van and they just focus on safety. Well I’m not sure what they consider safety but not being able to lock your kids into a moving van is safety to me. Rear wiper not working during rain is safety to me. And yes I agree a vented window not working isn’t a priority or safety. I’m within the 250 or five day buy back Guarantee. and it looks like that’s my only options because if they think I or anyone else would pay ten thousand for a 2005 Freestar they’re highly Delusional. Like I said kept driving I regret I didn’t. I was told they’ll be happy to take it back I’m not expecting great customer service or even friendliness at this point. I think I’m likely going to wait and be treated with a highly Delusional and rude unprofessional management. Yes they did delivery it but what I didn’t mention the van wasn’t ready at time of purchase nor when delivery we’re supposedly waiting on a part which will likely never happen now. Also like many have said I also had a schedule appointment to see a Filthy van with problems because they haven’t got around to it yet. When we test drove it locks and fob worked. I guess during there inspection they screwed it up. Now transmission issues so they’re definitely dirty used car sales people. Don’t trust Auto Nation sales they don’t give a care about liability or safety. All this within five days. Ridiculous

Generally was just ok information was hard to come by and I had to continue to ask for updates had my jeep for over 2.5 weeks told me they would do things but they weren’t done when I picked it up

I've had nothing but the best experience with this dealer. From a new engine installation in 2 days to warranty work with out any out of pocket expenses. Wonderful dealer I cant complain with the service and dedication to fixing my vehicle to get me back on the road in a timely fashion.
I have the same problem and this is the one in North Richland Hills in TX. Staff acts like I am an inconvenience. Have had my Jeeps about a year and have yet to be able to reach the service department by phone.
Had the same problem. After trying to call title clerk 20 times i finally got her and she sent registration. I received a $250 late registration fee due to this terrible service.
Call Auto Nation and ask the Service Department they can answer any questions you may have
