I have the same problem and this is the one in North Richland Hills in TX. Staff acts like I am an inconvenience. Have had my Jeeps about a year and have yet to be able to reach the service department by phone.
The service department here is the worst ever. I made an appointment to have my 2020 Jeep Compass serviced today. I arrive for the appointment and was treated like I was interrupting their day. I waited by my vehicle 10 minutes after I arrived then waited 10 minutes inside only to be told they could not do the requested service. Regardless of the fact I had a service appointment. I tried to.speak to a manager but the service manager was out. The GM also out. No other managers even willing to talk. They then sent me an email wanting me to reschedule my "missed" appointment The service department at this location needs a major change in leadership/management. I will not return to this dealership ever.
