I cannot say enough good things about Sisemore Law Firm! Samantha was outstanding, always professional, very responsive, kept me informed and was willing to go into as much detail as I needed and was always real with me on what to expect. It was an extremely emotional and overwhelming time, and I am so thankful to Samantha and her team for getting me through it and with the best outcome we could have hoped for. I would highly recommend Sisemore Law Firm to anyone looking for a divorce attorney, you will not be disappointed.

Ok we're do i start ....I have a 13 year old daughter and I pay child support and i don't get to see her at all is there anything i can do about it...

Whether we like it or not, both parents have rights. I would seek legal advise immediately to find out what these rights are. In fact, even if you are behind in child support, you actually get to still see kids unless there are issues with you like child abuse or violence or drug use

Is a charge of $100 for a telephone consultation while an in-person consultation is free consistent in the industry? Why would this be?

My experience with family law attorneys is the in-person consultation OR telephone consultation is only "free" when you actually hire the firm (and provide a retainer fee) to represent you. For instance, before contracting with Sisemore Law Firm, I had a telephone consultation with another respected family law practice in Ft Worth and I paid their "per hour" rate for that consult. I had to provide them my credit card information PRIOR to the phone consult. Now, if I would have contracted with the first firm, my consultation would have been "free" because I would have contracted with them AND provided a retainer fee to them for their legal services. My experience is you pay for the consultation only if you DO NOT hire the firm to represent you... or you get it free AFTER you contract with them and pay their retainer fee. Hope my experience helps you.
