Kids don't pay attention to traffic and kids that look no older then 3 or 4 outside by them self running out in the roads..

Mocking Bird is a wondeful place to live. Everything is well maintained and kept up. The office manager is such a good business woman as well as very empathetic and personable and very loving and helpful. She handles everything in a timely manner and goes above and beyond. She will be a big reason people will have longevity in the park. Such a good crew they have there.

Homes are slapped together and paint put on. ,such as leaking roofs in multiple homes, mold in some. Refusal to fix anything related to the property or the mobile homes. Complain to corporate and it just goes right to the office and nothing is done. Ended up having to withhold rent in exchange for repairs and they still refused and served an eviction after almost 25% down payment on the $18000 trailer. Edited to update,employees are not necessarily at fault,more of the management and business as a whole. Workers can't fix what they aren't paid/ordered to do so edited to show that it is not on the maintenance if management refuses to pay for work or help. Workers offer help when they can to help their community here.

Place use to be such a good place to live when it was an adult community and had a manager that actually had the guys do lawn maintenance around the place to keep it nice, now the place is not kept up the same you can see bottles laying about in spots, bags here and there. There shuffle board court is so worn down and kids riding their bikes on it and skateboards I was so surprised. All the disrespect I just couldn't believe it what this place had become.
