Is any Firestone more than 3 stars? I’d say no…but this one in particularly specializes in wasting your time. I have had almost an exact same Scenario as a couple of the other poor reviews. So you know it’s not a bad day it’s their business practice to be highly unprepared to do their job.

This place is pure publicity the vato who attended me gives poor service and they gave me a guarantee on my car they supposedly fixed it but they left me worse and when I went to claim the vato told me that the car was very old
