SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE If I could give 0 stars I would Brought my Pilot in on June 14, still to this day (going on 3 months) it’s not ready, customer service is a joke, Gabriel gives you the run around and was never honest with us, deadline after deadline he always put the blame on insurance. Initially stated would be fixed in no more than 1 month, we were patient, you honestly have to be the one pressing for updates on your vehicle. They are also very misguiding and unable to effectively communicate, after a month and a half after deadline, I went in for an update since my calls were being dodged. I was assured by Gabriel that my vehicle would be ready for pick up that same day, and not to our surprise the vehicle was not ready, My patience was completely worn out by this point, my husband and I went in and spoke to the manager, Catrina, she is equally as inefficient, she put the blame on the Insurance even though she admitted her technician went home early and that was the reason the car was not ready, this was 10 days ago, she did put us in a rental but today after leaving a message for an update, Gabriel called us at 3:35, stating our car was ready and the rental had to be returned by 4pm, my husband had to leave work early and in a hurry just to get there, low and behold my car was STILL not ready! This is by far the worst experience ever and would never come back Please save yourself the headache and go to a place that is competent.

I'm still having the worst experience at this place, got my vehicle in on may first and got it back June first but with alot of defects on the body work they did, turn in my vehicle back June 15 and two weeks after the called to pick up my vehicle and again the all items we discussed were not fix,the try to convince me that some item were not part of original stimate I had to fight it cause it was not my mistake that some of the items were not included , I had to call my insurance until them this place assumed the mistake, and order the parts for my vehicle and two weeks ago I turned in my vehicle for a third time and still waiting for that call to finally get my vehicle. Almost for got to mention this place did not care that for the first 7 weeks I had to pay rental car cause my policy did not have this coverage. In my experience the worst place to a vehicle after an accident.

It was my second experience with this place, everyone is helpful and understanding, i do nit know names of all of them but specially Mr. David is very helpful person, help you with smile on his face even situation is out of his hands. Thanks to Bakersfield Auto Body and Mr David
