The first time I took my husky it was fine. He still had hair coming off but he’s a husky so I just accepted it and decided to give them a second chance. The second time they claimed he tried to bite them. He’s been being groomed every month for 5 years. He’s never bit anyone. The new owner tried saying my previous groomer wouldn’t have told me. I know that just isn’t true. The groomer then decided to carry my almost 70lb dog out and he looked terrified. How unprofessional is that? I offered to go get him if he was being a problem. They wouldn’t have a problem with how the dogs act if the groomer was treating them properly. I’ll never trust them again. Also stop asking your clients to leave good reviews to cover up all the new bad ones. Everyone will have their own experience and see for themselves. I absolutely think the groomer who had my dog must have been doing something to him for him to react like that.

My wife took our FurrrBabies Sadie and Nipsey to Going Mutts for the first time and we were “BEYOND” pleased with the outcome. We’ve had some horrible experience’s in the past with getting our Pomeranian (who’s almost 12) Lion Cuts. So it’s come to a point where we’re always afraid of what we’re going to see when we pick her up. But this young lady Candace is exceptional at her work! She assured the Mrs. that we’d be pleased with the outcome. And I must say she out did herself! Thanks Going Mutts, and thank you Candace for being so good at what you do! 👏🏾🐶😎 I would have posted a pic but I don’t see the option. I’m also a little tech challenged.

It was my fur baby’s first haircut and I was gravitated to their page when I was researching for a groomer. The team was welcoming when we brought her in! I knew my baby was going to be in good hands. Tommy out did himself and left my puppy looking like a teddy bear! 10/10 recommend and she showed that she had a happy experience so that boosts it up to 11/10. Thank you Tommy (hands of Edward scissor hands)

Such a great experience! My 88lb 6 year old Australian shepherd has never been professionally groomed so I was quite nervous. They did an assessment on my dog before taking him back just to make sure he would be able to cooperate- I was happy about this I had no idea how he would react. Going Mutts fit me in the same day I called. The actual grooming job was EXCELLENT. My Aussie has a tooon of undercoat and he came home totally de-shed, soft, and smelling great. I thought the cost was totally reasonable. Very impressed and I’ll be back for sure!
