Ever since new owners have taken over, they still haven't came out to measure the yard to put a tent up. They haven't called back my mother who is coordinating my wedding to verify everything is still going as planned. We have gotten told that we would get a call back, but still nothing.

So far so good. We've rented a few times now. No issues so far. Update: only thing I notice is that when returning stuff, they (office) seem a bit put-off if you have any signs of needing to be on your way.
