I have never written a review before but these guys had gone above and beyond in their customer service I had to come on here and tell people. The guy on the phone was super nice I was in a pinch for a jump house after the one we had booked was canceled for no reason. He not only booked it but also gave a discount on it. They dropped it off right on time when they said they would didn’t waste any time unloading it very hard workers! The kids loved it and was a hit at the party! Thank you so much jump for joy!

Jorm, from Jump For Joy was super helpful and spent the time out to explain the various type waterslides the company had available the customer service was A+ they arrived on time and were very professional.
