I wish I could give them zero stars. The owners, Debbie and Robby’s customer service is terrible and all they’re after is your money. I bought my dad a $3175 hospital bed from them but he died 13 days later. I asked if I could please return the bedframe to them but we would keep the comforter since he used it for 13 days. We also said that we would pay a 20% return fee to them. They wouldn’t return our phone calls half the time and finally all we got back was a “No, No returns ever!”. Have they no compassion or decency to do the right thing? My dad just died unexpectedly 13 days after paying them a total of $3300 which included their delivery and set up fee. They also charge me for a sheet set that I did not order! Take your business elsewhere. These people will screw you over any way they can to get your money and then drop you like a hot potato if you have any problems.

I fractured my ankle and needed to get a walker boot and crutches asap. Gave me lots of information on the phone and were very helpful once I got in the store. I would recommend this place to anyone needing medical equipment.

The BEST!!... Here I was days before I set sail and hadn't found a mobility scooter for my mother. I called another company and they referred me to Able Medical. Upon calling my reservation was made! Now the real story as to why I'll forever use and refer Able Medical... after the storm hit the Houston and Galveston area Sept.13th, it left damaged and flooded roads. Knowing the conditions once I got back i suspected a delay in getting back to Dallas before they closed. I called and they agreeded to meeting me at my ETA. Which was 1:40pm. So I appreciate those men for going the extra mile. Not only was I saved another rental fee but also was saved a trip driving back to Dallas when I live in south Ft.Worth. I thank you all so much!
