Horrible experience. They towed a customer's vehicle to my shop & the driver wrecked the customer's car into my garage door. I told the tow truck driver multiple times to STOP letting the car off the tow truck because it was too close to my garage door but he insisted he was fine. I don't often feel the need to write google reviews like this but for 3 days now i've been told a manager would call me.. nothing but rude responses, multiple times hanging up on me & no one wanting to own up to this issue. Beware beware beware.

They asked $475 for a jump start ONLY 5 miles away from there.. max I’ve ever paid is $150.. now that’s a highway robbery trying to exploit drivers in desperate need. Got all the batteries replaced for $280 instead.

Friendly driver but their customer service is poor!!! Was told I could talk to the "manager" 2 days later...no manager just a relayed message

Your lack of intelligence is mind blowing. From the time we leave, hook up to your truck and drive it back to shop. It’s way more than 20 mins. Please don’t use derogatory comments.
They are great people and have been working with them for years. Prices are fair and competitive.
