I've been a frequent user of Hotels. com for a number of years and had encountered no problems. However, I recently travelled to Ireland and went online to use Hotels. com to book one of the hotels. However, on seeing the high price I decided to contact the hotel's website directly. I was amazed to see that for the identical dates/room etc the hotel was quoting me a price that was over €1,000 cheaper than the price quoted by Hotels. com! As you can imagine, I booked directly with the hotel! This price difference was totally unacceptable and shows me that Hotels. com aren't keeping abreast with current hotel prices.

Hotels.com refuses to give me Stamps for a previous booking and they also refused to combine the 2 two accounts that I discovered on my own.
