Beyond disappointed... Made a reservation day before. Since there were kids in our party we asked for a bay with couch seating vs high tops as that would be difficult and uncomfortable for the kids. I even stated that I was willing to wait longer. They (staff and Manager) refused to accomodate the request. High top in bay had only 4 chairs. Therefore, I asked for additional chairs. Which were provided. Not even 15 - 30 min. after playing and having ordered food we were asked to leave due to our party being over by 1 paty (4 yr old child). This was addressed by manager Toby, who was the same person who had brought the additional chairs and had also escorted us to our bay. He never addressed any issue of the matter at that time. In addition, he refused to issue a refund. We didn't even play and were charged. He was unprofessional and rude. Also, there was another party with over 10 people at an adjacent bay and they did not address any issue with them regarding the size of their party. (Doral Miami Location)

To not have the ability to speak to someone at the location I need help with is insane. For the call center to not be able to reach the location is just a joke!! I had a problem that could have been handled in 5 minutes but instead almost 24 hours later no one has helped, no one returned my call and an operation manager apparently couldn't work the phone and hung up on me.

I wanted to set up group event in Las Vegas for my company. About 90 people and I can't get anyone in group sales to call or email back. It's been over 6 days and I even reached out to corporate office. This is some bad customer service for such a cool venue.
