Highly recommended been at this property for 4 years with my family and I love it the assistant manager (Robyn )is so caring and helpful. I just love to live at a place where they care so much about their residents.

***UPDATE NEW MGMT Since S2 Res took over, IDK who the apartment manager is. Jonathan? Rosie? Why does no one answer emails? Why do calls and VMs go unanswered? It’s the 1st of a new month and my statement looks wrong. Hire competent people or quit your job. These people and this place is NOT worth it. Nobody answers unless it’s bad press!!! Before y’all sign, know they charge a fee for everything. EVERY THING. *** The apartment itself is nice. I’ve lived here for 4 months give or take and it’s nice. It’s green, gated, & I can’t complain about parking on my side. BUT when it comes to management, they absolutely suck at communicating and accommodating the residents that pay thousands of dollars a month just to live here. DIANA CANNOT do her job as the “financial manager” & the staff up front, Hope? Can’t even look at her, can’t provide superb customer service. Never in my 4+ years of renting have I wanted to throw my hands at this complexes management. Seriously. Next time there’s an issue and they can’t provide some leniency or a better solution besides “I’m sorry.” I’m making sure these peoples names are dragged to the ground. Hire better staff or go to some seminar. I love my apartment but shoooot. Y’all trash. Except that new guy in the front. He actually smiled and actually looked like he wanted to help. And the maintenance staff is great too.
