This place is OKAY. Nothing wrong with it if you’re trying to save a few bucks. Things are a bit dated but clean, and the staff was very nice.

The lady at the front desk Morgan was awesome. Very respectful, and professional she was very quick checking me in and letting me know everything I needed to know this is an awesome place the rooms are very nice and clean they also have contrumentary breakfast in the morning it is just a great atmosphere

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in hermitage pa. Love the staff and happy to stay at clean place. love the green plants in lobby area. coffee bar was big Thums up. will come back again.

Positive: The location was just what I needed Negative: The room was not as advertised. The room was horrible, the heater was broken, the bathroom fan didn't work, there were stains on the floor, the chair was falling apart, and the beds were completely uncomfortable! Worst experience of my life.
