Applebee's Grill & Bar : One week ago I ordered Doordash from the Hermitage Applebee's. I ordered Chicken Wonton Tacos and a Side Salad. Half way through my salad I found this mouse head. I immediately called Applebee's and spoke to the manager advising them of this and sending them these pictures. I also spoke to the Director of Operations who for a few days continuously apologized and said they were trying to figure out how this could happen. The day of the event I asked if they contacted their salad vendor and the department of health. They said no. On the third day I asked if they contacted their vendor or the department of health they again answered no. I then requested the vendors name and phone number so that I could contact out to them as a consumer with this concern. They refused to share that information. The Director of Operations then said he could no longer speak with me and someone else would give me a call. It has now been 5 days since then and nothing. I tried reaching out to the Director of Operations once again and they will not return or answer my call. I myself contacted the department of health on Friday last week since they were failing to do so. I wanted you all to be aware of the situation and the lack of responsibility that is being taken for this incident.

Previous to my dining experience at this Applebee's restaurant, I had not been to an Applebees in years. My experience here was absolutely phenomenal! Was one of the most fresh and best tasting meals that I've had out anywhere probably all year! I ordered the blackened salmon with the side dishes that are recommended and it just couldn't have been any better! The food was literally just melt in your mouth! Service was very friendly and very attentive! Just an excellent overall job! Thank you!

We were not impressed by the 2 hostesses attitudes as we entered the restaurant. Horribly rude and really shouldn't work that close with the public. However, our waitress Raven was the most fantastic, polite, helpful, beautiful ray of sunshine ever.

Mediocre dining experience. We ordered the 2/$27 and look how much broccoli I had in my chicken broccoli alfredo. I was SO disappointed. My waitress did her best, but I really don't think I'll go back.
