Dined at Combine Brothers, Hermitage, PA on June 5 2022. Don't let the business name fool you. This is one of the best places in Western, PA for pasta lovers. Their house red sauce is excellent and spiced just right, plus the meat balls are well worth ordering and savoring. My wife ordered lasagna which was meatless but the balance of cheeses and the house red sauce more than compensated. This dish is outstanding. Service was swift and personable. In the past I have enjoyed their Italian sausage crumble red sauce over my vermicelli and that was also excellent. I can't wait to try their bacon infused sauce. We will definitely be back more often.

This is a great spot for pasta lovers. That comprises most of their menu, but there is some other stuff (sandwiches, etc.). The pasta is awesome, though, and everything comes in massive portions - you really get what you pay for! One dinner is multiple meals to take home. Attached picture is AFTER we had all eaten and it was our leftovers! Service was friendly, and the restaurant has a unique (in a great way) atmosphere.

Service was good. Large portions of fillers like a pound of pasta served with small proteins. Food was good just found the price to be a bit high for the unbalanced meal. Had various appetizers as well. All very good

Delicious homestyle Italian food, reasonably priced and beautifully presented. They have the tenderest meatballs on the planet, and my sweetie says she has never had better Eggplant Parmesan.
