Peaceful and quiet and close to Many places to eat or shop. I’ve traveled for many years and finding this gem is awesome. The rooms are spotless and clean, the beds are comfortable and bedding is soft and well kept. The bathroom seems to be newly remodeled and is very clean. Spotless and very clean. The manager is very nice and very easy to talk to. Safety is very nice here as well. The price is incredibly inexpensive and you get safety, comfort and a good nights rest!!

This is a great place to stay if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg the owners are great, the location is superb, the rooms clean, the AC is nice and cold, the location is safe, and the owner Sam is an awesome man! I mean what more do you want at this price.? The least amount you will pay anywhere in this area for this quality period. I'd give it six stars if I could and I say that because I stayed at almost all the places around here and when I say around here I mean also in the Youngstown area. That's right I stay here and commute to Youngstown it's that nice of a place and the price I won't stay anywhere else Hope this is helpful to you I know one thing it will save you money Yes you can go and pay more somewhere else but you're not going to get much more take that from an experienced traveler across Ohio and Pennsylvania this place is number one .

Initial vibe was worrisome because of the outside surrounding areas, but the owner/manager of the hotel put any concerns to rest. He was straightforward and provided clearly defined expectations of the stay. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, which is all I really cared about. Worth it for the price of $50 per night compared to other hotels in the area.
