Ugly building and no one looks forward to going to court. Perhaps some of the more well paid defense attorneys getting it by the hour. 🙄 😒

Think there would be a more efficient way to pay tickets and take traffic school by now. But no, system is designed to suck your energy and money from you, have an unreasonable ticket? Tough luck costs more to fight it so just accept it.

Will I have court on July 7 or will it be postponed to another date?
If I'm not wrong I think he's on the 7th floor
Only in person next two weeks is RSD week meaning other court houses will be closed. Hearing and other services will be in the main courthouse
Get there at 8:30. Trust me.
Depends on if you're referring to Civil Court or Criminal Court. Most criminal court fees can be paid online at the court's website. Otherwise, you can check the action center at the B1 level for information about paying criminal court fees, at 1100 Van Ness Ave. Civil court fees (filing fees, jury fees, etc.) are typically paid online, but you may be able to check with the self-help center at the B.F. Sisk courthouse on 1130 "O" Street.
Yes and no. You can call the clerk for more info. Or come to the sheriff's office next to it.
Talk to your attorney so he can request a 977 for you.
Go to the Fresno Superior Court website, scroll down to classic view, on the bottom right side of the page you will find the Odyssey Case information Portal. You can do a search with your information such as name, dob, licence #, you will be able to see your cases, and Information needed. You can also call.😊 hope it helps!
It all depends on your case/what you've been charged with. The courtrooms are complicated there though.
Call or check online with your juror badge number
Try going to the Fresno county superior Court website. Look for menu option regarding traffic tickets. It should give you a phone number for a help desk.
You will need to request by mail (in person request is not available right now due to covid precautions). You will need to request a unrestricted copy if needed for id purposes. Check the Fresno county Hall of records website for what you need to request an unrestricted copy. Also when you sign you will have to have your signature notorized.
Yes, they are open. I was there this morning. The only thing I noticed is only the person who has court can go in. So, any support people you have will not be let in
Go to website fresno superior Court
No, you have to go down to the courthouse

It depends on department. But you can go to court and ask.

Yes there's a room on one of the B floors. Its first come first serve list and once they are full they don't take anymore. For lunch parents must pick up children. But you can always double check on that.
Usually, payments to the court (eg fines) are made by the Action Center, the windows at the bottom of the hall on the B1 floor.
Usually the court will request that babies be taken to the child care room during court. Maybe after the family member can visit with the new born. It also depends on who they are and what their involvement in the case is.
You can go to the courthouse to the action center if you need papers printed they will direct you to archives or you can wait 3 days for papers to get to the action center then you go pay and pick up that day
The first step is usually something called arraignment where the charges that the district attorney (prosecutor) does or does not decide to file formally against someone are read to that person. If your brother was arrested for something that the district attorney thinks will make a good case (because it will be easy to prove to or convince a jury) that he broke the laws that the d.a. formally accuses him of breaking, then the charges will be formally read on his 'arraignment date'. You can find his appearance dates using the link I pasted above, or by asking clerks on the fourth floor (as of the date of this posting at least) when he will need to be in court and what will happen on those dates. If he is formally accused of a crime and cannot afford a lawyer, Randy will need to ask for a public defender to represent him or represent himself. It is not recommended that someone who is not skilled as a lawyer represents him or herself, so Randy will likely have a public defender.

Call the clerk to see if a new date was set or did the judge order a warrant for your arrest. If a new date was set then just show up on new date. If arrest warrant was ordered, ask the clerk to put yourself on calendar to have the warrant recalled. Good luck Eric Pentell Attorney at Law
