These folks are the best. And super nice. They do their best to help you in the best way they can, when they are able. With everyone being short staffed these days, things will not be as they once were. I have been renting with them for the past 7-8 yrs. I always got OUTSTANDING service. This is my first time back in two years renting again, and while much has changed, their service has not. I was in a predicament and spoke with several people, and unfortunately there was not a solution. We tried. I was left with no option but to cancel and change my plans to the following week. It’s not their fault, times have changed. However, as Enterprise Cranberry TWP usually does, they came through. I was calling to cancel and change my reservation and Joe helped me out. Not only was he super pleasant, he was able to find a solution and I didn’t have to cancel after all. Thanks to Joe, my Easter celebration with friends didn’t have to be postponed.

So when I scheduled my reservation after my car accident the representative I spoke with told me I would be getting a vehicle comparable to my own (Volkswagen Passat). On the morning Enterprise met me at Preston the gentleman showed up in a compact suv (Hyundai Venue) which once I opened the door and seen how small the vehicle was I immediately stated that the vehicle was to small and that I needed something larger since the interior of this vehicle was about half the size of my sedans and that I was bringing the family to Pittsburgh over the weekend and this would be very tight. The agent told me that he would call me in a few hours to set up the exchange needless to say the call never came. So I called Monday morning and they told me that unfortunately they didn't have any vehicles returned over the weekend and that they would call me when something bigger came in. Well once again no call was made to me after a week so once again I called up the store and once again they told me that they didnt have anything bigger. After 2 or 3 attempts at this I was tired of it and called corporate. Corporate assured me that this would be taken care of and if not they would discount my bill. Well it wasnt taken care of so I requested that they just help me with my bill and I'll just keep the car they had me in. Well the lady that I spoke with at the Neshannock branch told me 2 days before I would be turning the vehicle in that they couldn't help me because they were already giving me a discount. Which the discount she reffered to was my insurance taking care of 80% of the bill last time I checked me paying for rental insurance isn't a discount. Last time I will ever rent from Enterprise and I'll make sure to spread the word and write as many reviews as I can to inform others that this is how enterprise treats there customers.

It was a great experience the sales team Natalie George were very pleasant and no what there are doing this was the easiest car I have ever purchased it literally took a hour and we was finished and got a great car I recommend them highly

Been renting from Cranberry Twp Enterprise for about a decade. As long as you understand the rental car biz, and know that you cant count on them having the EXACT vehicle your after, they're very good. I rented a full size car last week, saw a Nissan 370Z on the lot, and ended up with that for about the same price. Pricing and service very good IMO.
