Have to be honest and say this was the single most disappointment and infuriating experience I've ever had a restaurant. I frequent the Houlihan's almost weekly in Mt Lebanon, and it was one of my favorite quick places to eat, so I suggested to go here for my sister's birthday. Ordered the filet, it smelled like rancid meat. Had a party of 7 with me and they all agreed before consulting our waitress. Our waitress claimed the manager will cook the replacement steak himself. This one came out smelling and tasting exactly like the one previous. It smelled rotten. By the time I got my second replacement meal, everybody else was finished with their meals. This made me extra mad because I'm the one who pays for family outings. I specifically and loudly told the manager that I did not want my meal comped/free desserts or anything like that, just to have a meal that was edible. I will never go back to Houlihan's, completely unacceptable and unsafe restaurant. EDIT 4/11/2022: Not surprisingly, after reaching out to the e-mail address provided below by the director of operations, I have not been contacted. Stay away from this chain.

Our waitress was very helpful in helping us to not order anything spicey. She was very courteous and checked on us if everything was good and brought us refills on tea before we even asked for them. The fish, french fries, and coleslaw with ranch were all very delicious. The dill sauce was great with the fish. We had a very enjoyable dinner. One more plus was plastic or glass separating the booths up high.

Great takes on American classics. Salads of crisp and fresh. French onion soup and tomato bisque are equally fantastic!

No longer a place that I will frequent. I went in for a 1pm lunch and it was so dark I could not see the menu. The lights were crazy dim and they seem to be going for a club vibe. Lol Also the food wasn't so great. Bummer they use to offer a healthier menu and more gluten free options. They seem to be going the direction of bar food. Update: It has been 3 years since our last visit and the food was much better. It’s still very dark and the service was slow and we were the only ones in the dinning area at the time. We got our starter salads and the waitress brings us our checks with out ever getting our meal. The food was much better than my previous review and I updated the photos 🙃
