I would give this place 0 stars if I could - great first month that we lived here. Ever since it has been a ball rolling down a hill at 100 mph. The monthly rent is so high and the place is not nice enough.

Had little issues with the apartment kr staff themselves. Staff was friendly and professional and was decently clean. Took a long time for any repairs to happen but it didnt effect me much so whatever. My real issue is upon leaving I got a bill in the mail in my new residency giving me the amount I owe for cleaning, final water bills, etc. Not a big deal but all ways to pay the bill online have been removed and im being forced to mail the money to some financial office. Problem is I didnt have enough time to send it before I got sent to collections so now I have to deal with that. Ive had amazing credit so far in my life and this may impact my job in the Air Force. I just wish I had a number to call the financial side but they only have an email that they dont respond to. Great apartment 7/10 if you can pay it.

I would strongly advise against renting here..VERY poorly managed. I lived there for 2 1/2 years and was a great resident...always paid on time. I had automatic payments always set up. A month after moving out I got a phone call from a third party collection agency saying I owed $1400 and it was on my credit report. Apparently there was a glitch in the system and they never charged me for rent last October. I received no notice or phone call from the office of THEIR mistake..just immediately sent to collections and now owe rent from October 2019 while I am paying rent elsewhere. Not a good way to do business! I worked in apartment leasing before and would never treat a prior resident that way or send to collections without even notifying them a balance was owed.
