This is one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest extended stay hotels I have ever stayed in. Sugara, Darnetta and Charity were fabulous and so helpful at the front desk. Trudy, in housekeeping was exceptionally friendly, she helped me with my cart upstairs when I first got here. Brian in maintenance was also wonderful and so helpful (although I did not have any issues during my stay). The manager Denise is top notch and I saw her more than once cleaning (so nice to see the manager be hands on). It’s quite obvious that each and every member of the staff here really cares about their job and making the guests happy and completely comfortable. It smelled so clean from the moment I walked in and I’m thrilled I chose this hotel for my two week stay in between jobs. The bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of room to hang my clothes, nice shelving, beautiful floor, great 2 burner hotplate, full size micro and full size fridge/freezer. Bathroom had plenty of counter space and great shower with glass doors. Plenty of washers and dryers for quests to use. I love how guests must use their room key to enter in and out (after coming Into main lobby) to proceed to their rooms, great safety feature. I highly recommend d this hotel.

I recently spent several weeks there and I highly recommend this hotel. Sugara, Denise and the rest of the crew were amazing and incredibly helpful. The building is quiet, rooms are clean and all the appliances work extremely well.

Honestly the worst stay experience i’ve ever had. WIFI is NOT free as the site says you either have to pay 6.99 for 2 devices on their wifi or 12.99 for 3. The “kitchen” your room comes with doesn’t come with any silverware you have to PAY for silverware in a SUITE. Staff is not 24/7 they maybe have 5 staff members in total and only work about 3-5 hours a day it’s almost impossible to get anything. the worst of it all is the hotel is COVERED in mold. There’s mold all over the AC units, lining the walls, the showers, and the sinks, it’s so bad it made my dog sick. You have to pay $20 if you lose your room key and need a replacement. Also everything that goes on here is VERY sketchy.

I have stayed for around 3 months in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was so nice to me, but my room smelled like dog. Noisy neighbours were also the case. It might say extended stay, but you are better off staying there for a week or two.
