Do not go to this shop on weekends. It's got 5 or 6 teens working the entire line, they goof off and spend more time talking to one another while there's a line nearly out the door. When getting to the front, I placed my order, even repeated it 3 times something simple--bacon egg and cheese on a poppy, scrambled egg and bacon on a plain. Waiting nearly 10 minutes for it to come out they start informing people they have to cook more bacon but neglect to tell me. So I get two sandwiches, no bacon, he'll, not even cheese. Seriously, DO NOT go here on the weekends. These kids have gotten my orders wrong at least half a dozen times because they can't pay attention. God forbid someone have food allergies that need to be adhered to.

This is the best bagel shop hands down! Carolina and Erika are the best! Courtney, the owner is so awesome! I see People complaining about the prices but seem to lack the knowledge that everything is rising in prices, supply or products not available?..a lot of things are in many other restaurants as well, also complain about the wait but just like any job, short staffed…people are not machines, and honestly is worth the wait. All freshly baked in the mornings:) people just need to have respect to employees working hard everyday. Doesn’t kill to be kind.

We’ve been frequenting this shop for a long time and unfortunately, quality and service has been steadily declining. From the extra charge for credit cards to the terrible process where the person that takes your order also cooks and collects payment. We waited 45 minutes today for 5 bagel sandwiches. And this is what you get… Wake Forest needs a new bagel shop.

Fast service for a Saturday morning. The employee that helped me was talking to another employee in between speaking to me so he seemed a little impersonal. When I worked in food service, I was always taught to not talk to others while dealing with a costumer but I guess he wasn’t taught the same thing🤷🏻♀️ Got a sesame bagel but I wouldn’t have called it a sesame bagel. I was shocked by how little sesame seeds were on it. It was good nonetheless just a little disappointed

No we do not use honey in the bagels, but we do use honey in our honey-walnut cream cheese
Barriers and social distance are in effect.
I think if you pre order it or the other NY Bagels on Falls of Neuse sometimes has it
