The store was cleaned. The employees were nice & friendly. I found things I didn't know they would have. I found this strip that you put up to hold your mop & broom

Who is responsible for the road off Stadium Drive leading into back of the WF shopping center.(across from new dental arts building)? The litter on that road is unbelievable, and that is being nice. We cannot walk to shopping center anymore.
