From the start I should’ve never moved in to this place I would never pay full price to live here . I’m on a sublease which a ) is hard to understand and figure out how to do with signing a lease . Called the office multiple times didn’t get answered, emailed never answered and finally had some mediocre help . Sublease they cannot clean before you move in but mine was actually disgusting . The person I’m subleasing said they paid a cleaning fee ? No way . My ac went out and it was 90 in my apartment for about 2 days before it was fixed. After hours maintenance and off sight help desk are not great to help me fix the solution as ofc it was after office hours on a weekend . Finally after consistent nagging it was fixed . Key entry features do not work and anyone can just walk in . Front office staff are rude and barley made eye contact when I was moving in and getting my keys . I never recommend this place and never will . I’m only here for the summer thank god .

Extremely dirty grounds. There are stains and grime and dirt in every part of the buildings outside of the apartment, the stairways are especially filthy. There are only two maintenance workers who try their best to fulfill dozens of work orders. My apartment has been falling apart since I moved in and I have had to submit over 7 work orders. The carpets and couches provided are extremely dirty and unkempt. Constant noise and construction at every hour of the day. Wifi often cuts off for hours a day, amenities are falling apart and aren't even worth the price, and the pool is often dirty. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Nice amenities, great service. I’ve been here for more than a year now, and it’s been a great experience. Location wise, it is very close to campus, so very convenient for me to get to both main and centennial campus.

I really enjoy living at The College Inn! It is in a very convenient location, only about a 10 minute walk to main campus at NC State. The 4 bed x 2 bath layout is very spacious, especially compared to other off-campus apartments nearby. The staff is extremely kind, and all of the amenities/furniture provided is awesome!
