You know I applied for an apartment at this place and was told initially everything was all good. I got a denial letter based on my credit however my husband still need to apply. These people are liars and just want to steal your money for these application fees and I’m going to report this to the BBB. I have the proof that my application was denied before I even paid the money and applied for my husband like they said I should do. They then turn around and deny him too after the first woman I spoke to said everything was all good. They lied they lied said they called me and emailed me and text me. Lies!!! I can see on my credit report exactly what they did and they did not run my credit more then once like they said. I have a clean rental history but they denied me based on student loan and medical debt which is all I have. Don’t give these people your money for applications fees if your credit is less then perfect. My credit is not poor it is fair. My husband and I together make more then 6 figures a year can more then afford rent here,But whatever I guess I have no choice but to file my complaints and continue my search. I see why this place has the ratings it does. Scam artist! Be careful!
