Believe the rating you see on google. We signed a lease for about $200 less than what we are actually paying through out my year of living here they have only continued to raise the price on rent by adding hidden fees every month. They get away with this because it is in the small print that they can raise the prices whenever they want and trust me they do! Will not be re-signing. The only thing this place has going for it is the people living here are super friendly and nice.

After staying here for about 2 months, I will share some of my personal experiences living here, good and bad. Good: -There is a large pool with enough outdoor seating, even on the busiest days. -The apartments are spacious. -The location is close to many resturaunts, shops, and other services. - I can generally find a good parking spot near my apartment. - A washer and dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, garbage disposal, and dishwasher is included in the apartment. Bad: - About a month into our stay, my dog went to the dog park, and came back with fleas. He has NEVER had fleas before arriving here, and since arriving, he has never left the complex area. There is a flea infestation here, and I've been having a terrible time trying to get rid of them in the apartment, and off my dog. When discussing the issue with an office employee, they had a condescending attitude, and said we might have to pay for exterminator services at our own expense. -When moving in, we noticed a few problems with our apartment: The toilet seat is broken, and sometimes it slips from underneath us when we sit. The oven-burners are significantly slanted, so our food does not cook evenly, and the contents of the pan sometimes spill. The washer's cold-setting is broken. On the high-setting, the fan in the living room orbits and shakes, like it's about to fall. These issues have yet to be resolved. -Some of the office employees we have spoken with are unprofessional; not being able to provide us the answers to basic questions, and refusing to help us with appropriate tasks. At times, they have tried to accuse us of causing the problems we are dealing with, when it was clearly not our fault. -We keep our apartment very clean, washing dishes everyday, vacuuming weekly, taking out the trash when needed, but regardless, we have seen 6 roaches and 4 millipedes within the last 2 weeks. -About once a week, usually on Sunday, you will see about 10-15 bags full of trash sitting outside of the trash-compactor. The trash compactor is located at the front entrance, so when you come in, one of the first things you see is the trash piled up. -Many times, the recycling area is overflowing and non-recycable trash scatters the ground. Ive been trying to recycle for about a week straight, and haven't been able to, due to there being no place to properly dispose of it. -In the pool, a few times I have swam into large clumps of hair. I have also seen bandaids. - The water filter station at the gym has needed to be changed since I arrived here (2 months ago). The water is dirty, yet people still drink because that's all we have access to. For an entire month, there was no disinfectant to wipe down the equipment, yet we (the guests) are expected to wipe down the equipment after use. This can lead to the spread of diseases and viruses. I have been victim to skin-irritation and rashes which have formed soon after using the equipment. At times, the AC is not running and the fans are not on. I have had to leave the gym due to overheating and dizziness.
