Left my application for a checking and savings with my personal valuable information with a copy of my California Driver's License.I was told to come in on Tuesday to sign and finalize but was told they didn't have time when I did come in on Tuesday.i left work early to open the account I lost time and pay from work.They cost me money.i left very angry.

I don't understand why everything has to be in person with this credit union. I can't do anything online, and it's so inefficient. Whenever I go, I'm waiting in a long line because the tellers are having unnecessary conversations. Or I have to come back because I have to schedule an appointment, something I called the Credit Union earlier and the rep told me to just walk in.

Hello Jessica, Yes, our El Monte location is open normal business hours today (9am-5pm).
Hi Anabelle! You can absolutely go to other branches. A convenient list of our locations can be found on our website at www.CUSoCal.org/branches. Our Members also have access to the CO-OP Shared Branch Network where you can visit participating credit unions as a guest Member to conduct certain transactions. Additionally, we have a branch and ATM locator available on our website, that also displays participating shared branches, at www.cusocal.org/ATMs.
