So the launch credit union brags that you get your pay check a day earlier. So far I have received my checks after they close around 6:30 pm or as late as 8 pm. How does that constitute a day early. Sounds like a class action lawsuit. Anyone interested?

Everyone I’ve spoken with was very friendly and helpful especially Jennifer Sundquist. She’s amazing she made the process of joining very easy and I’m looking forward to working with her on a new car loan when the time comes.

Launch Federal Credit Union - 2200 N Wickham Rd. I went into the credit Union on Friday. No other customers inside the bank right at 2PM after lunch. I noticed The drive thru teller was diligently working and speaking with customers. My wife and I stood inline for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes I casually waved at the tellers and one of the two told me sarcastically that she was busy. So, I decided to sign in and try to speak with someone else that was a bit smooother. After signing in we waited about 15 minutes and a manager come out and told us someone would be right out to help us. We were sitting down on the couch and noticed four people in the teller line now. So after about 15 minutes, the manager came out again and told everyone that someone would be out to help us. I noticed the two tellers still sitting and chatting while occasionally looking up and not particularly busy with anything or assisting. So after about 40 minutes, someone came out of one of the offices and give us a hand. This person possibly looked like she was training a new employee and was not very thrilled to help us out. I asked a couple of questions and didn’t get a solid answer. Answers were really very generic and not helpful at all. I’m seriously considering closing my accounts and going somewhere else. I have been with Launch FCU for at Least 25 years it seems. It was called Kennedy Space Center FCU when I joined.
