I m a local Business owner and have a account with launch as of now changing very soon as they limit my business account for only 4 k per day I need to pay my vendors and can not smh I’m so done with the place and now after reading all the other bad reviews I’m not surprised Anyone reading this do not waste your time are money here as you we’ll be disappointed like the rest of us Holding my cash hostage so I can’t pay my vendors they really don’t want small businesses to be successful smh

Launch credit union does not release reoccurring SSI payments it will sit in your account sometimes almost a week before SSA benefits due date. Launch credit union doesn't care and will have you suffer it out till the 1st. Even though the money is good. I would offer up a zero star if possible.

You need to call lunch Federal credit Union and ask for a reset on your account you can go to the back of your card and get 24-hour service
