My husband and I went in to the PSJ branch to do some (what we thought would be) lengthy banking. Well, Trisha and Desiree’ came out to assist us and we received VIP service. They are two of the nicest ladies we’ve ever dealt with. Thank you Launch for employing such high caliber people. We are so fortunate to live near this branch, we walk in the door, and are always treated so well.

They almost never open on time. The service is insanely slow. They added $5000 to my car loan without contacting me. I no longer trust Launch with my money
