Julia is wonderful. I live over an hour away and called the office to see if they could fix my HP LaserJet. Julia answered the phone and we discussed my options with the printer. After several very helpful answers, we decided that it would not be worth the cost to fix, however, Julia did give me some helpful tips to see if that might fix the issues. After trying her tips, my HP LaserJet is now working. Julia also sent me a quote for toners for my other LaserJet. This company's prices beat amazon and I will now be ordering all of my toner from here. Unfortunately, no since the manufacturers do not provide any replacement parts and the printer itself is not designed for repair. Inkjet printers are recommended for home use and glossy photo printing with a normal life of 3 years. If you purchased your inkjet printer less than a year ago, the manufacturer warranty will apply, so please contact them for a replacement. For Poor Print Quality / Paper Jam / Not picking up paper and Network issues contact us for manufacturers support page info.

If you would like to know when your maintenance kit will need to be replaced, you can printout a configuration page from your information/reports menu and see the maintenance interval and page count of your current maintenance kit.
