Had a Trek bike repaired there even though I bought the bike in Cary, NC (at All Star Bike). They (All Star) said they were too busy to make repairs because they were "assembling new bikes for sale". So I bought two new bikes from from the professional and friendly staff at EJW in the last two months and plan to buy more.
