We had a great experience living in Plantation Colony! The location is perfect, next to every major roadway in central Broward County, and the management company is phenomenal! Management and maintenance are very responsive and the complex is very well-cared-for. We will always cherish our time living here!

We toured close to 20 properties and always found that the management team were never on the same page. We actually found Plantation Colony by accident but just driving through the property, even the grass seemed greener. After our tour, we knew this was the place for us! The leasing and maintenance professionals were very prompt and approachable. Mindy, Shontell and Cathy really work together to keep the property pristine and residents happy. We love it here and will always recommend!!!

Horrible Place to live, can not wait to leave! The woman at the front desk is super rude and offers no help. They try to charge you for everything including the "amenities" such as the gym.

I recently visited the apartment and it was incredible. During my visit, I was made to feel incredibly welcome and at home. My conversations with Shontell were very reassuring; during the entire process, she was so helpful and kind. The site's apartments are spacious and inviting. There are many amenities, and the residents seem very welcoming. Absolute 10 out of 10.
