The old white lady with short hair in this store was the RUDEST person I have ever seen in ANY store! I called this store around 6 pm today (6/20/2022) and asked politely if my order was ready for pick-up since the Levi's website said the order should be ready by 5 pm today (and I won't be able to go to the store anytime later until mid-July)...She yelled at me saying there won't be any one able to fulfill the online order for me before the store closes today and hang up on me immediately. Ironically, Levi's system sent me a notification saying my order was ready for pickup right after she hang up on me... When I went to pick up the order, I told this lady that I will need to try the item on in the store so I can return it if it doesn't fit, she sneered me, rolled her eyes and just stared at me without an intention guiding me to a fitting room --TOTALLY AWEFUL! What kind of person working in a store would treat a customer like this???? I didn't plan to write a bad review after she hang up on me thinking it might be a technical issue for the phone disconnection. However, after meeting this horrible old lady, I realized that she is WAY WORSE than I could imagine --- to this point, the only right thing to do is to write a review and share my experience. To be honest, there are so many great Levi's stores in DFW, you definitely don't have to go to this store and experience the worst.
