Who owns this building. I live here. It has serious maintenance issues that need to be fixed. I actually have racoons living inside the walls. I been complaining non-stop for the past two months and they're not doing anything. I need the owner!

The whole building is a mess. They started exterminating units upstairs which has caused my friends apartment to be overrun by roaches. And when my friend complained to them NUMEROUS times, she was hit with an eviction notice. The laundry room has been broken for at least 3-4 YEARS, and they have yet to fix it, even though I see men working in there every day. There’s issues with the pipes in the building, water, etc….smfh

How much is the rent there?
