The staff there is rude they are not understanding individuals at all including the Supervisors. I wouldn’t advise anyone to work with this company however at other facilities I’m not sure if they are different but from my experience with them was horrible.. I literally just started work however didn’t know my son would break his hand I contacted management each time I was out and I still got fired they don’t care about anything at all. I told the lady Raelyn she was rude and she stated she don’t think she is.. I then asked for Amy and was told she probably wouldn’t talk to me and she’s the one that put it down in my folder as a no call no show I have messages and records to prove she was aware of what was going on again kids are kids and nobody knows when their child is going to get hurt. I asked why wouldn’t Amy talk when she the one making the decisions Raelyn said all she handles is payroll ok so again why isn’t Amy taking this call. Previously I had spoken with another lady by the name of Sandra who told me the assignment was dismissed and to call every Monday for work never stated I wasn’t eligible to work for the company Raelyn was rude and said well Sandra is not apart of management only Amy still didn’t get to speak with Amy I told Raelyn she could go ahead and mail my check out she said ok no problem have a good day and hung up the phone in my face so whatever I need to do to go above this company that’s exactly what I’m going to do some of them don’t deserve to be a manager when they have the regular employees talking for them that’s not professional at all.

After graduating from graduate school, I was searching for a second, flexible job to help with supplemental income. I will note that hiring process is extremely easy. I texted Amy Loveland, and had my first assignment a week later. What I am disappointed in is how unprofessional this company is. I signed up for one position in the company, beginning at 11am, working as a banquet attendant for $11 an hour. The day before the assignment, they texted me saying my position had switched to a grill cook for $10 an hour, and start time had changed to 9:30am to 8pm (report time at 9:30, but actual start time is 10am). I worked until 5:30 that day. When I received my paycheck, the company stated I worked 4 hours, and not 7.5. I was paid for not even half of what I had actually worked. I brought this up with Amy Loveland and told her how disappointed I was in the company and to get my pay fixed (even though at this point, I just wanted to clarify events for the sake of principal). She had the nerve to tell me to “calm down hun”, even though I calmly explained the situation. While I will say she did fix the payment issue, I talked to other workers there and everyone said they had had the same issues I was dealing with. I’ve seen how management responds to some of the reviews from employees here (including one where they state how one employee was thrown into jail). Unprofessional and sorely lacking in overall company culture. Do not recommend after the experience I had. Don’t walk, RUN away from this employer.
