This place is so ghetto. Neighbors have no respect always liter everywhere. Management is horrible- takes weeks for maintenance to respond to repairs. Please don’t consider moving here.

I don't understand why this apartment has such low reviews. I loved living here. The team was responsive. They were open to and allowed a flexible 8 month lease. Washer and drier in units. They made repairs as was necessary. The building is old and has character, but if you don't mind this it is a beautiful place to live! The windows are amazing. I found the other residents to be kind and friendly and family oriented. I found it very peaceful to come home to the sound of birds chirping and to kids playing outside and having a good time. Parking here was easy. They returned the security deposit back to me promptly and completely which I was thrilled by! I did clean the apartment before leaving, but I have never had a landlord return an entire security deposit. Like I said, I don't understand why this apartment has such low ratings on google. I had a great time living here and wish I could have staying longer. -Lyle

I know many people have given many negative reviews for this complex but in the past year I’ve had a great experience. The staff is attentive and acknowledges any concerns you have. It’s in a convenient location. And you have a parking lot right next to the building. Definitely have enjoyed my year here.

Living near these apartments can be a nightmare. I can't imagine how it is for the actual residents! There is heaps of trash (including mattresses... bed bugs?) outside that permeates the air for other residents on the block, abandoned cars in front of the building (I think someone is actually using their van as a shed), and sounds of dying smoke alarms for literally a year (that can't be safe!). Please, Wissahickon Apartments, clean up your act (literally). There are kids in this neighborhood!
