The worst emergency room all you hear is chit-chat between the workers. When I was registering i was not even asked why im there. I had to tell the person registering im about to faint. How about taking care of your patients. But what can I expect it's the bronx. They don't even offer any breakfast.

This was the worst experience I have ever witnessed in my entire life. Crowder over packed ER. The uncleanness no.wonder this hospital has a high infections covid rate. They wouldn't let me stay with my father who on top of having stage 4 lung cancer has alzheimer. Uncompassionate!!!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. They need to close this place down. Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE. We had to harass them to even feed our loved one. We weren’t even allowed to visit DURING VISITING HOURS. They wouldn’t let us in. My loved one would call me crying saying no one is paying attention to him. Being left in the hallway & doctors just pass by, stare & walk away. Takes for us to call for them to even remember to check for an update. Didn’t get fed until the almost evening for no specific reason. They are all rude and make a joke out of everything. Unless you want to have a bad time PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN ASAP!!!

This hospital needs zero , below zero stars. If you wish to DIE this is definitely the place for you! I went for asthma I was going to just go to city md but I started to wheeze and didn’t want to chance it boy was I wrong after about 20mins no treatment I’m loosing my voice and beginning to shake when a nurse goes your not wheezing then a doctor comes by the time I lay down I’m wheezing and coughing. As a practice asthma is not a Symptom to wait! In Manhattan your seen right away it’s taken seriously! Never come here your best bet is to die in the street! The incompetence is unreal the lack of care for people when you work in a emergency room was the biggest shock. I hope this place shuts down it would be a favor to people.
