Complete waste of my time. I should have left this alone when I read their photo release clause in the contract. It states they can modify and do whatever they want with any pictures they take of you using your name, and you can't hold them liable. I spoke with the manager twice about a position I applied for for the golf tournament in Ft Worth. He offered a different position that I agreed to try out because it was still tip based and $16/hr. Once I drove from Dallas to Ft Worth, went through all of that drama getting to employee checkin, he tells me, all of the positions were filled this morning. There was no work in that position. I was angry. They were completely unorganized, and I should have left then. I told them, I drove entirely too far almost 40miles from Dallas which I told him when he called. He didnt remember any part of the times we spoke. He didn't seem to care at all. The other manager from out of town then offered me another position that I agreed to try for $20/hr. He was real nice and I had a good vibe from him. Once I arrived to my station, several other workers said they were supposed to be doing something else and ended up in the same area where I was. I relieved a person that wasnt supposed to be doing that job either, and he then disappeared when I needed to be relieved. He sat on his phone not doing anything sitting down. LGC sent all these hardball instructions about no this, no that, etc and that's what other employees were doing. Granted, there were 3 other companies with us, still it was highly unprofessional. It was also entirely too hot. There was one employee bringing the food and supplies that was rude and nasty. He should have never been in front of the guests. The guests were really nice though. I heard some of them complaining about the drinks since I was right by the bar. The people in charge at that stationed seemed alright but I didn't belong with this type of company. This was not worth my time or distance I traveled. They should have texted me and told me they gave away my position and not to come. They sent me detailed emails acting like I was assured for the 2nd job and LGC wasnt solid on their end. This was horribly managed, and I won't be doing business with LGC at all now that I see they cannot be trusted. I had better get paid for their screw up. I cant be affiliated with a company that does this to it's employees.

If you're ever looking for a job call LGC. The staff is wonderful and respectful. They will send you on jobs that are long term or short. And the pay is GREAT go check them out.
