Positive: The staff, the room layout, the cleanliness, the hot tub are just a few of the things I like the best. Negative: I have stayed at this hotel twice. The second time I had a room that was damaged (blinds tore, hand prints/marks on walls, counter top peeling). The front desk was more than helpful transferring me to another hotel room that was perfect .

All in all a good stay and would still recommend. The only challenge we faced was the room we were given isn't the same type of room that we booked. It was in fact a two double bed room and probably a suite, but we booked the same that was supposed to have a wet bar and did not. We booked that one to have an extra sink to keep some perishable stuff cooler and didn't end up with it. We were exhausted from traveling so did not bring this up at time of check in and just dropped off keys at checkout. Not sure if there was a price difference and we didn't get what we paid for or not. Probably an instance for management to loom into and the room assignment process at that property. It was still nice overall and would only add that the pool was pretty cold and the hot tub not very hot.

The bed was a little bit soft, but then I like a very hard bed. The hotel room was very clean and smelled fresh. Sound barriers were wonderful because I could not hear anyone in any other rooms. Amenities in the room were wonderful. Shower temp was great. Really enjoyed the stay And easy to get on and off the highway.

This was a quiet place to stay after a long day driving. Beds are very comfortable, hot tub spacious, and check in seamless! Breakfast and coffee were not the best, but I don’t care about that, as our priorities are good relaxation and sleep. Grab some dinner before you check in, as there is nothing really close at this location. Fridge and coffee station in the room are set up nicely if you want to use that for a quick meal prep. Overall an excellent stay and value!
