This review is simply for the Soup and Salad deal and it pertains to all Olive Garden restaurants. If you’re just stopping in for a quick bite, do not get the Soup and Salad deal. The salad is always soggy and loaded with dressing. The iceberg lettuce they use has more white than green. It is never cut very well. The breadsticks were slathered with so much garlic butter that made the two day old bread pretty gross. The “Chicken and Gnocchi” soup is better suited for prison food than a Darden Restaurant, as it is extremely thin. I actually got two gnocchi and no chunks of chicken. When asked by a manager how everything was and when expressing my disappointment with the soup I was schooled that it is actually supposed to be made that way. My Sicilian grandmother would be turning in her grave if she heard this manager tell me this…lol

Such a great restaurant! Very clean, all of the staff was very nice and did their job to the fullest, amazing food..everything tasted fresh! Very pleased. Thank you Olive Garden!

I was basically ignored by my server who only had 3 tables so was not busy at all. Supposed to be able to get refills on soup but of course i couldn't since server ignored me. Food runner brought me my dinner but just sat there unable to eat it because no utensil to eat with and finally after my dinner sitting in front of me untouched for 20 minutes she finally came to my table and had the audacity to say I could use the table tablet to pay and asked if i wanted a box! What!?!? I exclaimed it hasn't even been touched because i need utensil to eat with! She replied with an attitude "oh well I'll be back then" and walked away. 5 MINUTES LATER she finally came back with utensil but of course it was ice cold! Manager came over and detailed my horrendous experience there and he was very nice and understanding and apologized several times and brought me a gift card for future visit and a box to put my ice cold dinner into. Did not offer to remake my dinner or even put it in microwave to warm it up so i could eat. So left there and ate down street at Texas Roadhouse which was awesome as usual. These guys would have gotten a 1 star but gave 2 only because manager was so nice and gave me a gift card for next visit. But they could have gotten a 3 or 4 if they would have remade my dinner or at least warmed it up so i could eat despite the poor service and server with attitude.

Love coming here! You get plenty of food and it's always nice and hot! It's my favorite place to stop for lunch after a morning of shopping.
