My sister in law got chicken noodle soup.. she found what looked to be animal hair.. and then I got a wrap and ended up finding animal hair too.. so gross

We arrived at 11:45 AM, waited several minutes. A waitress call out she'd be with us shortly. She continued to take food to others, which was ok cause you don't want to serve cold food. Another person was taking food to to other tables. Ten minutes into waiting the handicapped person with us started to feel ill. We left. This location is pathetic. Only one waitress? I know help is hard to find. Without customers you have no business. Will never return to this location.

Food was ok. Salad was fresh, the 2 appetizers I ordered were both cold. They seem to be short staffed as my waitress was the only one on the floor. I'm sure she was doing the best she could. That being said when you go out to eat and spend hard earned cash it would be nice to have got food.

I ordered take out online. When I arrived I got there a few minutes early so I sat in the lobby. At the time for my pick up I approached the counter and was pretty much ignored by the 3 employees cleaning. About 5- 10 minutes went by before she came over. I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. I told her I ordered takeout and only then did they start getting it ready. The food was actually pretty good but service was not.
