The service was great, food arrived pretty quick and was quite well prepared. It was busy, but our server was most pleasant, attentive, and quick. The sirloin my wife had was cooked exactly as ordered and all our dishes tasted great. Definitely beats the fast food places when passing through.

Cheddars has been one of my favorite restaurants for several years now and this location. The staff is always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. They go out of their way with over the top service. The food no matter what I have ordered.. everything from steak to salmon and in between is always delicious. The portions are huge and very very reasonably priced even with today's economy. However my visit yesterday surprised me. 2 o'clock on a Tuesday afternoon the place was filthy! They had just opened at 11 AM and not busy at all. The entrance way and area for waiting was exceptionally dirty. The floors had debris covering them and bits of food. The floors did not look like they had been mopped in 2 or 3 days. The black mats at entrance had not been vacuumed for as long it looked. The glass in the doors were filthy. The dust on the ledges where the plants sit was unacceptable. The bar area floor was just as bad with food lying around that I'm sure was leftover from the day before. The bathrooms were not clean either. It makes me very wary to visit again. If the public areas are this dirty in a restaurant I have to wonder what the kitchen looks like. It will be a long time before I revisit again if at all.

The food here is soooo good. The smokehouse burger was excellent, good size burger and the dressing for the grilled chicken pecan salad is delish. You won't go away hungry. And a nice sweet treat of croissants was included with our order.

This was my first visit to Cheddar's and I found it to be very enjoyable. The prices were very reasonable and the food quite good. It was very convenient to pay from your table at the little touch screen device that was located there. Just a heads up, you are charged for the games that you play on it. 🙂 The staff was very courteous and friendly and the food portions were very generous. There is a bar area and the dining area was large with both booths and tables. There is also a nice outdoor seating area with a nice water feature. Because of the heat and humidity we did not take advantage of the outdoor seating that day. Instead we sat in the dining room and enjoyed their rather large aquarium. I will definitely stop there again the next time I'm in West Virginia.
