Coconut and Salted Caramel was good I also had Salted caramel with coco chip .. we waited 45 min for get a ice cream.. I can’t completely say I admit it was good .. but I have tasted better Ice-cream in SF.

Long line. The service is slow. The ice cream is absolutely over rated. There are a lot of better choices close by. This is another famous place that is hiding behind a big name and the perfect location. Completely disappointed.

Ice cream was really really good and the waffle cone 😍😍. I loooved it! Will be back for the ice cream. The person at the counter asked us to put on masks to approach the counter even though masks are not required in the building…She will also give you a mask if you don’t have one. Highly recommended for the ice cream.

Stopped here on a walk to the Ferry Building and we got the Salted Caramel Cacao Nib - it was great. The cacao nibs give a great crunch and the ice cream itself was thick and creamy. Can’t wait to try the other flavours - they also had 2 vegan flavours on rotation!
