Today I am extremely proud to announce I received my 2nd and 3rd US Patents ! I am sincerely grateful for the dedication and hard work of the Law Offices of Leo Mikityanskiy, P.C. who submit 3 of my inventions for patent ALL 3 were successfully awarded a US Patent. 100% With their law office located on Street Road in Bucks County (Trevose/Feasterville), was minutes from US-1, PA Turnpike, and I-95, so traveling to and from their office is convenient and hassle-free. Leo is a brilliant US Patent attorney with years of experience in the US Patent and Trademark process. In addition to being an accomplished and experienced U.S. Patent attorney, Leo's engineering degree and background expanded his ability to quickly and comprehensively understand all of the complexities and elements of my inventions. I believe this broad background expedited the application submission process and saved me $$$, which any inventor truly appreciates. For anyone that may be looking for a US Patent attorney consider asking this question: "Would you use that firm again ?" My answer to that question is YES, I would, ... YES, I did - 3 times ! I currently have a 4th item submit and have complete confidence another US Patent awarded.

I am very pleased with the communication and help from the Office. This is especially valuable because my English is weak and everything that interested me was professionally and very clearly explained. The attorney helped me a lot with all my questions. I am impressed. In case of any problems or questions, I have someone to contact. And it pleases. Good luck and all the best to you Leo and your Office. Thanks!

Administration of an Estate without a Will in Bucks County?

Law Offices of Leo Mikityanskiy, P.C | Sep 14, 2022

What if a person died intestate or without a Will? If your loved one died without a will, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania law governs who inherits what part of the estate. Surviving spouses and children usually have property rights under the estate. As a relative, you may be appointed the Administrator of the estate by obtaining Letters of Administration from the Register of Wills, which will give you the authority to administer the assets under the estate. Estate administration is a slightly different proceeding than the Probate, but all of the same basic steps must be followed, including notice to intestate heirs. Unlike in the probate process, in which the requirement for a bond may be dispensed with in the Will, the Administrator may have to post a bond, or insurance for the value of the estate assets, to be appointed.
