Orchard Village Apartments is a lovely place to live. Rafael is a great person to get into connect with for an opne apartment. He really helped us find an apartment right awat. Rafael is a really sweet and kind guy.

Hi Antonio! We have two 1-bedroom floor plans with current availability – Elm and Pine. Monthly rent for various options of those two plans currently range from $1202- $1711.
